Job summary

Lead Group Consultancy is seeking a Senior Construction Lawyer in Sydney CBD, spanning Senior Associate to Partner level. You will advise on high‑level construction and infrastructure matters for developers, contractors, and industry participants in a specialist practice.

You should have strong Australian construction law experience and a track record at Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner level, with strong drafting, advisory and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Australian construction law experience.
• Experience at Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner level.
• Background in front-end, back-end, or a combination of construction work.
• Strong drafting, advisory and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sophisticated construction and infrastructure matters for developers, contractors and consultants.
• Handle construction disputes and complex litigation as applicable.
• Manage Security of Payment matters and adjudications.
• Handle contractual disputes, delay and disruption claims.
• Contribute to risk allocation and project advisory work.
• Involve in arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution.
• Work on major development and infrastructure matters.
• For senior Partner-level, contribute to growth and direction of the practice.
