Qualifications

Admitted to practice law in Australia with a valid Practising Certificate.
8+ years PQE in construction law within a reputable firm.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice on construction and infrastructure projects, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
Manage and resolve construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Advise clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and construction law issues.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering their growth and development.
