Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in Property Law.
• Proficiency with PEXA electronic lodgement platform.
• Ability to meet billable targets.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing across jurisdictions.
• Oversee commercial conveyancing and leasing matters
• Handle mortgagee and bankruptcy sales
• Conduct land title transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts of sale and related documents
• Provide advice on off-the-plan contracts
• Prepare deeds and assess duty across states
• Collaborate with directors to grow client relationships
• Mentor junior lawyers and graduates
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient file management
