Lendlease is recruiting Senior Project Engineers to join our NSW team, delivering long-term projects across Sydney and regional sites. You will oversee subcontractors, develop construction programs, manage procurement, and uphold safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years' experience in construction, a civil engineering degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between project sites across NSW.

We are currently recruiting multiple Senior Project Engineers to join our team in NSW and support the delivery of multiple long-term projects in NSW.
In this position, you will play an integral role in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the project procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.
