Job summary

ifindtalent is seeking a proactive Senior Compliance Officer to join the Operations team of an established and growing organisation. You will oversee internal compliance audits, identify potential risks, review existing processes and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the business.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will enjoy a level of autonomy within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance, internal auditing or risk management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience within the legal industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
