Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its Risk Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.

This role can be based at either Grosvenor Place in Sydney or our Scoresby office in Melbourne, with flexible working arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Law, Compliance, Risk or related discipline.
• Professional compliance certifications are highly regarded.
• Legal qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's compliance framework.
• Provide expert compliance and regulatory advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee monitoring, assessment and remediation of compliance risks and incidents.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing compliance team.
• Partner with business leaders on regulatory change initiatives and embedding requirements.
