Job summary

T+O+M Executive is seeking a hands-on 2nd Line Compliance professional to provide trusted compliance advice across the business and support uplift of the organisation's compliance framework.

In this contract role, you will advise on regulatory obligations, help identify and manage risks, support monitoring and reporting, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to quickly add value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 2nd Line Compliance / Compliance Advisory role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a contract environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical, commercially focused 2nd Line compliance advice to business stakeholders
• Supporting identification, assessment and management of compliance risks
• Advising on regulatory obligations and their application across the business
• Supporting compliance monitoring, reporting and risk management activities
• Contributing to compliance framework and process uplift initiatives
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
