Job summary

Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz is seeking a hands-on 2nd Line Compliance professional to provide trusted compliance advice across the business and uplift the organisation's compliance framework in a contract environment. This role is operational, commercially aware and requires the ability to influence across stakeholders.

You will deliver practical guidance on regulatory obligations, support risk identification and management, and contribute to monitoring, reporting and framework improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 2nd Line Compliance / Compliance Advisory role.
• Strong experience within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of regulatory obligations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to operate autonomously and quickly add value in a contract environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical, commercially focused 2nd Line compliance advice to business stakeholders
• Supporting the identification, assessment and management of compliance risks
• Advising on regulatory obligations and their application across the business
• Supporting compliance monitoring, reporting and risk management activities
• Contributing to compliance framework and process uplift initiatives
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
