Job summary

Lightsource bp is seeking a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager for ANZ to drive engagement with local communities and stakeholders around construction and delivery of renewable energy projects. You will work within the Communications and External Affairs team across multiple sites, coordinating with EPC contractors and delivery partners to ensure consistent, transparent communication and strong community relations.

The role requires travel within Australia and to New Zealand as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in community and stakeholder engagement roles in infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Fluent English essential.
• Knowledge of environmental and social planning requirements in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support community and stakeholder engagement activities for projects transitioning into construction and during active delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to address day-to-day engagement requirements during construction.
• Provide practical engagement support across multiple projects, adapting approaches to local context and community needs.
