Lightsource bp seeks a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, ANZ to support engagement activities for solar projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with project teams to address local community needs, coordinate events, and maintain strong relationships with residents, businesses and authorities.

The role requires strong English communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel. It is based in Sydney, NSW, with opportunities to engage across the ANZ region.

Competenze

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across projects.
• Experience with CRM or stakeholder systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and NZ as required.

• Support community and stakeholder engagement activities for projects during construction and delivery.
