Lightsource bp is seeking a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand. The role sits in the Communications and External Affairs team and works with internal project teams to support community engagement before and during construction.

The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring the ability to work across multiple sites, build trusted local relationships, and travel within the region as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in community and stakeholder engagement for infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate engagement across several projects.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Australia and to New Zealand.
