Lightsource bp is seeking a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support a portfolio of renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will work within the Communications and External Affairs team, assisting project teams, contractors and communities from pre-construction through delivery.

The role is delivery-focused, hands-on, and requires building trusted local relationships across multiple sites. Travel within Australia and to New Zealand is expected.

Formación

• Experience in community and stakeholder engagement roles for infrastructure or renewables.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagement priorities across projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support community and stakeholder engagement for projects entering construction and during delivery.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and internal teams to align engagement with standards.
• Track engagement activities and support reporting across projects.
