Qualifications

• Experience with multimedia production tools and workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for multiple audiences.
• Strong focus on internal communications and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies and action plans for project activities.
• Prepare and coordinate engaging communication materials across channels.
• Create digital and multimedia content including web graphics, PDFs, imagery and video.
• Collaborate to ensure communications are accurate, accessible and aligned with objectives.
• Build relationships with PMO, project teams and stakeholders to enable timely information exchange.
• Identify communication needs, issues and risks and coordinate appropriate responses.
