Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Valuer to join our General commercial team in Sydney CBD. The role involves commercial mortgage valuations across metropolitan Sydney and major regional centres, including industrial, office and Government assets.

You will inspect properties, compile valuation data and generate high-quality reports within a fee-driven environment. Working with major lenders, you will leverage CBRE's market data to advance your career in a global market leader, with

Qualifications

• CPV with commercial valuation experience.
• Self-motivated, accurate research & data management capabilities.
• Strong MS Word/Outlook/Excel skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial mortgage valuations across metropolitan Sydney and regional centres (industrial, office and Government assets).
• Undertake property inspections, compile valuation data and produce quality reports in a high fee-writing environment.
• Work with major lenders and leverage CBRE's market data to deliver accurate valuations.
• Utilise extensive market data to support client needs and career growth within a global market leader.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of valuation processes and standards.
