Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Commercial Valuer to join our commercial mortgage team in Sydney. The role focuses on commercial mortgage valuations across metropolitan Sydney and major regional centres, including industrial, office and government assets.

You will inspect properties, compile valuation data, and create high-quality reports within a busy fee-writing environment. You will leverage CBRE’s market data and global platform to advance your career.

Qualifications

• CPV with commercial valuation experience
• Self-motivated and accurate data management
• Strong MS Word/Outlook/Excel skills and ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities
