Job summary

CBRE in Sydney is seeking a Commercial Valuer to join our commercial mortgage team. You will undertake valuations across metropolitan Sydney and regional centres, including industrial, office and Government assets, and work with major lenders to broaden your exposure.

This role offers a dynamic, high-fee environment, access to market data, global leadership, and clear career progression within CBRE's renowned valuations teams; pre-employment background checks apply.

• CPV with commercial valuation experience.
• Strong research & data management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial mortgage valuations across Sydney metropolitan area and major regional centres.
• Perform property inspections and compile valuation data.
• Create high-quality valuation reports for lenders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within CBRE.
• Utilize market data to support valuations.
