Black & Co Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major Sydney commercial projects for one of Australia's premier contractors. You’ll take ownership with autonomy and be supported by exceptional project teams, systems and senior management.

You’ll manage large-scale commercial builds across NSW, focusing on leadership, client relationships and delivering on time and on budget. A tertiary construction qualification and a proven track record are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead major commercial projects with experienced project and site teams.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Project Engineers.
• Provide leadership to deliver projects on time, to budget and to quality.
• Develop client relationships and maintain commercial performance.
• Lead projects with autonomy and the support of senior management.
