Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major power generation alliance-based construction project in Queensland. You will oversee project controls, cost management and contract administration, reporting to the Project Director.

Bring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering commercial excellence on complex energy infrastructure projects in Australia.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
• Strong experience in commercial management on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven background in project controls, cost management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage upstream/downstream contracts and commercial activities.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts; act as commercial representative.
• Proactive risk and opportunity management and governance.
