Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a motivated Civil Project Engineer to support the delivery of a major gas turbine power station project in Queensland. This hands-on role coordinates civil construction work packages from engineering through to construction, quality verification and close-out.

You will provide technical leadership across civil and structural scopes, ensure engineering compliance and construction readiness, and support interfaces with mechanical, electrical and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience delivering civil scopes.
• Current RPEQ registration, or eligible and willing to obtain.
• Experience on gas-fired power generation projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of civil work packages.
• Review drawings, specs, geotechnical data for constructability.
• Coordinate civil interfaces with M/E/structural and commissioning.
• Prepare look-ahead plans, progress updates and productivity reporting.
• Manage QA/QC, RFIs, design changes and site records.
