Job summary

Lendlease invites a seasoned Commercial Manager to join our ACT Construction business in Canberra. You will own all commercial aspects of a major, long-term project, including head contract and subcontracts administration, procurement strategy, and cost controls.

You will lead and mentor the commercial and administration team through to handover, ensuring EH&S inclusions and compliant documentation, while driving project cash flow and value for the client.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years industry experience in contract administration within construction
• Experience leading commercial teams on large projects
• Expertise in procurement, budgeting, cash flow and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead the project Commercial team including Contracts Administrators
• Own head contract and subcontracts administration
• Develop and execute procurement strategy
• Oversee project cost controls, budget and cash flow
• Ensure contracts and tender docs include EH&S and compliance
