Job summary

RSGx, based in Sydney, is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the East Coast commercial and contracts function. You will drive commercial performance, manage contracts, and oversee delivery across high-value electrical infrastructure projects.

You will lead tendering, negotiate major contracts, mentor teams, ensure legal and safety compliance, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers while supporting the energy transition in Australia’s mining sector.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial or contract management experience in electrical construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead and manage the East Coast commercial and contracts function for RSGx based in Sydney. About You

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline (desirable).
