Job summary

RSGx, based in Sydney, is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead and manage the East Coast commercial and contracts function. This senior leadership role drives commercial performance, oversees contractual compliance, and guides project delivery across high-value electrical infrastructure projects.

You'll develop and implement commercial strategies, manage all contract and financial aspects, lead tendering and negotiations, build stakeholder relationships, and mentor project teams while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior commercial or contract management role within electrical construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline (desirable).
