Job summary

Crown Resorts in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to take end-to-end commercial accountability for a portfolio of capital projects, shaping cost plans, procurement strategies, tender outcomes and value engineering.

You will oversee contract administration, payment certification, variations and final accounts, mentor Commercial Managers and consultants, and ensure alignment with funding and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital works and major projects.
• Strong pre-contract cost planning and procurement strategy.
• Post-contract administration and final account negotiation.
• Ability to lead Commercial Managers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract strategy across capital projects, developing budgets and cost plans.
• Drive procurement and tender outcomes, shaping strategies and negotiations.
• Lead value engineering and cost optimisation to align with funding.
• Manage post-contract delivery: head contract admin, variations, claims, final accounts.
• Own portfolio cost performance and reporting, including contingency management.
• Lead commercial capability across the portfolio and mentor the team.
