Downer is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance across Health and Education PPP contracts in Australia. You will embed strong contractual discipline into day-to-day operations and drive outcomes that support sustainable service delivery.

• Strong risk assessment and governance oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial and contractual matters across allocated contracts, including obligations, entitlements, variations, claims and disputes.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify, record, escalate and resolve commercial issues.
• Drive risk and opportunity management including governance and risk register ownership.
• Lead negotiations and commercial management of upstream contracts and supply arrangements.
• Analyse valuations and contract performance to identify underperformance or opportunities.
