Podium Money, a high-performing Brisbane brokerage, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Broker to join its growing commercial lending team in Brisbane CBD. You’ll manage end-to-end broking across property, development and construction finance, and build strong relationships with developers and investors.

You’ll structure complex lending solutions, manage relationships from enquiry to settlement, and present finance proposals to lenders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Broker.
• Strong experience across Property, Development and Construction Finance.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending and property finance.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex transactions.
• Strong lender relationships and understanding of credit requirements.
• Proven track record of managing and converting a lending pipeline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on client outcomes.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, driven and confident working in a high-performing environment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Broker to join our growing commercial lending team.

This is an office-based Brisbane CBD role for an experienced commercial broker with a strong background in property, development and construction finance.

You’ll work across complex and high-value transactions, build strong relationships with developers and property investors, and play an important role in the continued growth of the commercial business.

What You’ll Be Doing
