Qualifications

• Proven experience using data to drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability with pricing, COGS or range analysis.
• Experience in retail or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial transformation by translating strategic goals into actionable analysis.
• Uncover margin and growth opportunities through data modeling across pricing, range, COGS, and supplier investments.
• Maintain momentum on transformation projects by tracking outcomes and aligning plans.
• Enable commercial teams with user-friendly tools, standardized processes and analytical frameworks.
• Partner with Category Managers, analytics teams and transformation leads to ensure seamless data flow and tool iteration.
• Prepare clear, insight-led presentations and data summaries for governance forums and strategic discussions.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture delivering shared outcomes.
