Byron Thomas Recruitment – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW is seeking Senior Collections Officers for a well-established financial services client. You will own an end-to-end portfolio of lending customers, handle arrears from first contact to resolution, and balance firm recovery outcomes with a professional, empathetic customer experience.

The role requires at least three years in collections, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• At least three years in a collections or comparable role.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements on challenging accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end portfolio of lending customers in arrears.
• Negotiate repayments and arrangements with customers.
• Escalate to legal recovery action when appropriate with advisers and trustees.
• Support recovery assets through valuation research, reserves, and disposal with partners.
• Keep records accurate for compliant decision making and meet recovery targets.
