What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, you’ll bring vision, structure, and positivity to a diverse multi-site portfolio.

Your mission? To drive performance, build capability, and lead with authenticity.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores
• Motivate your teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets
• Coach and develop store leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and training plans
• Optimise wage control and operational efficiency across the region
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture that reflects SHEIKE’s values
• Lead succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent
• Support visual merchandising execution with a strong commercial lens
• Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with HQ and store teams

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and knows how to bring out the best in others.

• 3+ years in a store management / leadership role
• Proven experience in fashion retail with strong styling knowledge
• A track record of delivering results through people and process
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for team development, coaching and leading with purpose
• A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel
