Job summary

MongoDB in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Technical Services professional based in Sydney for our hybrid working model. You will directly support technology partners to ensure successful outcomes, and guide interoperability through MongoDB best practices.

You will engage in multi-vendor collaboration, manage joint customer support processes, and help minimize interoperability risk while acting as domain expert for partner-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining complex production database systems (RDBMS/NoSQL).
• Experience with APIs and third-party integration for security, fraud, AI, big data, etc.
• Strong systems engineering: Linux performance, memory, I/O, security, networking.

Responsibilities

• Direct partner support and in-market partner guidance.
• Guide Design-Win process to enable partner interoperability with MongoDB.
• Act as domain expert on partner-related matters and monitor cases.
• Onboard partners, document contacts, and establish escalation paths.
• Maintain partner knowledge base and run Partner Center of Excellence activities.
• Lead multi-vendor collaboration when issues span vendors.
• Support mutual customers and manage escalation contacts.
