Based in Sydney with a hybrid working model and a Sunday-Thursday workweek post ramping, you’ll work with large customers, contribute to performance benchmarking tools, and help others learn through training and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical services or a related field.
• Strong Linux performance, memory, I/O tuning, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with Kubernetes, networking, storage, and production database systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to design, operate, and optimize MongoDB solutions at scale.
• Resolve architecture, performance, recovery, security, and interoperability issues for large customers.
• Contribute to internal tooling, diagnostics, and knowledge sharing with the team.
