Job summary
The Recruitment Alternative in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs invites a Senior Solutions Specialist to lead design and delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions. You will drive pre‑sales engagements, mentor delivery teams, and oversee end‑to‑end projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, and security stacks.
You will collaborate with architects, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and commercially viable outcomes, with a hybrid work model to balance project
Qualifications
- Senior MSP consulting or delivery experience required.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise essential.
- End-to-end infrastructure and cloud project delivery capability.
- Solid endpoint management and security background needed.
- Excellent documentation and client communication skills.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution design and discovery.
- Ability to scope projects and ensure clean handovers.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- Lead technical discovery workshops and client engagements.
- Scope, estimate, and contribute to SoWs.
- Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and migrations.
- Support pre-sales activities with architecture guidance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams.
- Ensure delivery is secure and has solid handover documentation.
