The role collaborates with business, technology, risk, privacy, and global stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will guide managers and technical specialists, driving platform modernisation and continuous improvement across identity services in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading CIAM strategy, architecture, engineering, and production operations.
• Ability to develop leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in customer authentication, federation, identity lifecycle management, privacy, and risk-based access decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams for CIAM services.
• Define and execute the security technology roadmap for customer identity capabilities.
• Oversee authentication, authorisation, and identity lifecycle solutions across platforms.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and resilient operation of production identity services.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to shape enterprise identity and security strategy.
