NexusHire Solutions is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in Clinical Research to lead delivery of clinical studies from planning to delivery. You will interface with sponsors and multidisciplinary teams across an international environment, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and budget alignment.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical research, strong ICH‑GCP knowledge and the ability to manage complex studies and sponsors.

Qualifications

Degree in life sciences or related field; professional experience may be considered as alternative.
Minimum 5 years' experience within clinical research.
Experience managing clinical studies/projects, including cross‑functional teams.
Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP and applicable clinical regulations.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and deliverables.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, implementation and delivery of assigned clinical studies.
Serve as the primary operational contact for sponsors and ensure ongoing communication.
Establish study plans, timelines, milestones, resources and controls.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and clarify responsibilities and deliverables.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, scope and financial performance.
Oversee vendor relationships and external service providers.
Support ethics and regulatory submissions with relevant teams.
Provide regular updates on risks, timelines, and performance to sponsors and leadership.
Contribute to process improvements in project management practices.
