Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Clinical Care Manager at our Narrabeen aged care home to lead clinical care delivery for 75 residents, ensuring high-quality care plans and strong clinical governance. Qualifications

• AHPRA registration required.
• 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience in healthcare or aged care.
• Regulatory compliance management experience.
• Strong person-centred care approach with compassion and empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care delivery and care planning for 75 residents.
• Supervise nursing and care teams and manage the clinical governance framework.
• Drive the quality improvement cycle for the facility.
• Deliver clinical care across medical/rehabilitative, dementia, and restorative needs.
• Promote resident wellbeing, social connection and inclusive culture.
• Support and enable development of Clinical and Care teams through education and training.
• Build relationships with health and community groups to raise the facility's profile.
• Assist Facility Manager with labour cost-management initiatives.
