Job summary

Sanctuary Recruitment is looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator in Sydney to lead the delivery of clinical care, support governance, and mentor nursing teams. The role focuses on resident-centred care and high-quality standards in line with accreditation and legislation.

You will collaborate with Care and Facility Managers to drive improvement, foster a positive team culture, and ensure safe, person-centred resident care day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care clinical leadership.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for resident-centred care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
• Support the management of AN-ACC processes, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor clinical indicators and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Assist in managing accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, health professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with incident management, infection prevention and clinical governance activities.
