Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 3 years as Clinical Care Manager in residential aged care.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Expertise in Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding.
• Willingness to relocate to Darling Downs / SE Queensland region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide confident leadership across the facility's clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and governance.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation.
• Lead medication management, infection and wound care, escalations.
• Mentor staff and foster resident-first care culture.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for residents, families and GPs.
