Constantinople is hiring a Client Success Manager in hybrid Sydney to own the client relationship from onboarding to go-live and beyond. You will coordinate with Solution Engineering, Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver projects on time, manage risks, and drive value for banking clients.

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment, maintains strong client relationships, and helps scale the Customer Success function as the client base grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client, project, or implementation management in fintech or financial services.
• Led complex implementations while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Self-starter who drives projects forward in fast-changing environments with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end-to-end and act as trusted advisor.
• Lead onboarding and implementation with internal teams to deliver go-live.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks to scale customer success as the client base grows.
• Coordinate across Solution Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues and deliver on commitments.
• Share client feedback with Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
