Job summary

Constantinople is seeking a Client Delivery Manager in Sydney hybrid mode to orchestrate onboarding onto our AI-native platform for banking clients. You will lead configurations, timelines, and stakeholder communications, coordinating product, engineering, legal, and operations to deliver end-to-end client implementations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical program management across technical and non-technical deliverables.
• Hands-on and execution oriented with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating product and engineering teams with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and execution project plan across all involved teams.
• Act as the single owner of client delivery plan and ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate critical activities including testing windows, go-live, and cutovers.
• Create a scalable playbook to standardize onboarding and delivery across the company.
• Mitigate delivery risks and manage changes in project scope.
