Aquent is partnering with a leading global tech company to recruit a Client Solutions Manager for eCommerce in Sydney. You will shape advertising strategies, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of brands in the digital commerce space.

You’ll rely on deep platform advertising expertise, data analytics, and AI-enabled insights to optimize campaigns, deliver measurable results, and educate clients on the latest product developments and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or client solutions.
• Experience with direct response and D2C ecommerce is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with key client stakeholders and agency partners.
• Inform strategic direction using platform advertising, create measurement solutions, optimize campaigns by KPIs.
• Advise on advanced advertising solutions, integrations, and real-time optimizations.
• Oversee revenue delivery, track spend, and ensure revenue recognition for your portfolio.
• Translate data into insights with analytics dashboards to guide client strategies.
• Identify upsell opportunities with internal partners to drive incremental revenue.
• Educate clients on new product developments and best practices in digital advertising.
