RPS is seeking a client-side Project Manager to lead government and private sector initiatives in Darwin. This role focuses on autonomy, collaboration, strong stakeholder engagement, and front-line leadership.

Relocation packages to Darwin are available for the right candidate, with flexible/hybrid work arrangements and ongoing professional development. You will bring 5+ years in construction project delivery (Education or Defence), solid qualifications, and a proactive approach to contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated recent construction project experience with Education or Defence sector.
• Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar.
• Experience managing construction contracts and contractor contracts.
• Strong client and stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Microsoft Project desirable.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Completed construction site health and safety course.
• AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
• Australian Citizenship and able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
