Job summary

RPS, part of the Tetra Tech Group, is seeking a Defence Project Manager based in Perth. You will lead client-side delivery on major infrastructure and defence projects, coordinating with contractors and designers to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes and a safe, collaborative team environment.

To succeed, you will hold a tertiary qualification in project management or engineering, have 5+ years of construction project experience, Defence sector exposure, Australian citizenship and clearance

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance eligibility.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Recent construction project experience client-side, contractor or designer.
• Defence sector experience.
• Ability to lead within a large team and guide junior staff.
• Experience managing construction contracts and design management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, communications and leadership.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
• AIPM certification is favorable.
• Willingness to travel to Garden Island as required.
