Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Perth CBD is seeking a Senior Client Service Coordinator to support clients and the accounting team. The role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating engagements, and ensuring timely delivery of documentation.

With 3–4 years in public practice, you are organized, proactive, and adept at liaising with clients, accountants, the ATO and ASIC. A modern office and potential WFH flexibility accompany a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in Client Services in public practice.
• Strong understanding of the accounting/public practice environment.
• Experience liaising with clients, accountants, ATO and ASIC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as a key contact.
• Coordinate client engagements from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, accountants, the ATO and ASIC.
• Prepare and coordinate client correspondence and documentation.
• Manage deadlines and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Coordinate tax returns, financial statements and other client documentation.
• Update and maintain client records and databases.
• Support Partners and Accountants with day-to-day client requirements.
• Provide high levels of customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the client experience.
