Job summary

SS&C Technologies invites applications from experienced client relationship professionals to lead growth across existing client relationships in Australia. The role focuses on strategic management of accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering SS&C’s fund administration and unit registry capabilities.

You will work from either Sydney or Melbourne, collaborating with SS&C teams and clients to drive value, ensure satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service delivery across

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to engage at the executive level and drive client outcomes.
• Shows autonomy and self-direction in managing senior client relationships.
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment is preferred.
• Understanding of client service models, business strategy, and product offerings.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills for revenue forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop personal relationships with key client contacts.
• Understand client business, products, strategy, and impact on SS&C services.
• Engage with C-suite level executives to build credibility and executive gravitas.
• Coordinate with internal leads to ensure timely, quality service.
• Drive year-on-year growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead capability workshops to showcase SS&C products and services.
• Manage all commercial and contractual relationships for clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Escalate and resolve issues efficiently with stakeholders.
