Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, campaign planning and campaign delivery in media or related industry.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel media buying, market dynamics and investment strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messaging to varied stakeholders.
• Proficiency in presentation tools and CRM platforms for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WPP Media agencies, Client Development, WMS Operations and Product teams across Australia.
• Accountable for achieving agency investment forecasts and maintaining pipeline and revenue data in Salesforce.
• Develop and execute client development plans to strengthen relationships and commercial value.
• Serve as a knowledge leader and trusted advisor on cross-channel media opportunities and client expectations.
• Build cross-channel solutions highlighting client advantages across flexibility, scale, technology, data and creative.
