Job summary

Jaquillard Minns, based in Adelaide, seeks an experienced Client Manager to own a portfolio of SME clients, partnering with directors and offshore teams. The role blends client relationship management, accounting, taxation and business advisory, with opportunities to influence service development.

You will manage engagements, review work, guide team members and help clients improve financial performance while benefiting from direct director access and a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• CA, CPA or equivalent.
• 9+ years in public practice or accounting/advisory.
• Experience providing outsourced CFO services to SMEs.
• Supervise and develop accounting teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of SME clients and act as their primary contact.
• Oversee accounting, taxation and business services engagements.
• Review financial statements and BAS/IAS with directors and specialists.
• Provide practical financial and commercial advice to business owners.
• Mentor and supervise accounting team members.
• Coordinate workflow, deadlines and client expectations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
