MACRO Recruitment is seeking a Senior Client Manager for an established accounting practice in coastal Queensland. Lead client services, manage a diverse portfolio including SMSFs, and drive advisory solutions.

You will mentor a small team, develop client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth and onboarding initiatives while supporting relocation to the Queensland coast.

• Prepare and review financial documents and tax returns; provide tailored business advice.
• Assist with client onboarding and contribute to firm development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service delivery.
