Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking a Senior Client Service Officer (Client Establishment) to manage a high-volume intake of estate, trust, and Power of Attorney matters. You will interpret complex documents, coordinate documentation, and work with legal and specialist teams to ensure accurate, compliant outcomes for clients in NSW.

Hybrid work is available after three months, with a mix of in-office and at-home days.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn procedures for administration of Estates, Trusts and Powers of Attorney.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret complex wills and legal documents within regulatory frameworks.
• Willingness to rotate across teams within Estate Planning and Administration.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and coordinate documentation for establishment of estates, trusts, and POA matters.
• Investigate complex cases and data as required by NSWTG systems.
• Collaborate with legal and specialist teams to achieve quality outcomes.
• Review and resolve complex matters and escalate when higher-level input is needed.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff within the team.
