Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking a Senior Client Service Officer (Client Establishment) in Parramatta, NSW. The role supports establishment of estates, trusts and Power of Attorney, handling high volumes of inquiries and coordinating documentation.

After three months, a hybrid work option is available, with 35 hours per week and a base salary in the upper six figures plus superannuation. You will mentor staff, work with legal specialists, and ensure client-focused service across teams, with

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Understanding of administration of Estates, Trusts and Powers of Attorney
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for cross-team work
• Customer-focused approach with ability to handle complex matters

Responsibilities

• Process applications and coordinate data entry into NSWTG systems.
• Interpret complex Wills and related documents and legislation.
• Work with legal and professional services to achieve quality outcomes for customers.
• Review and resolve complex matters and escalation as needed.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff within the team.
• Handle enquiries by phone, email, mail and in person relating to estates, trusts and POA matters.
