Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking a Senior Client Service Officer (Client Establishment) to join the Estate Planning and Administration division. The role handles a high volume of inquiries for new estate, trust, and Power of Attorney matters, performing investigations and data entry across NSWTG systems.

You’ll mentor junior staff, collaborate with legal and professional teams, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing applications, undertaking complex investigations, coordinating documentation, and data entry into NSWTG systems.
• Interpretation of complex Wills and relevant legislation.
• Collaborating with legal and professional services to achieve quality outcomes for customers.
• Reviewing complex matters and substantial complaints, escalating when guidance is required.
• Attending to transactional and minor accounting work.
• Providing mentorship and coaching to junior staff within the team.
• Answering enquiries by phone, email, mail and in person.
• Providing general information about NSWTG processes and requirements.
