Job summary

Belmond is seeking a Client Director for Australia & New Zealand to drive revenue growth across owned and prospect accounts. You will lead proactive sales efforts, collaborate with property teams and corporate groups, and ensure alignment with global sales strategies to win new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years in client management or sales in hospitality or luxury travel.
• Proven revenue growth and key account expansion history.
• Strong understanding of transient sales and performance analysis.
• Experience in account planning, lead conversion, and client management.
• CRM systems experience; OSC/Tableau helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops quarterly sales action plans and annual account management plans to exceed revenue goals.
• Maintains regular contact with property-based sales teams and regional leaders to align sales strategies.
• Collaborates with property management, sales, and revenue teams to close deals from generated leads.
• Qualifies leads from owned accounts and follows through to secure new bookings.
